Richard D. Sager
Attorney Richard “Rick” Sager has over 26 years of
experience as a New Hampshire attorney and dedicated
advocate for his clients.
Rick received his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts
degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut
in 1979, double-majoring in economics and religion.
He later earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1983 from
Pierce Law in Concord, New Hampshire. Shortly
thereafter, he began his law practice in Wolfeboro,
New Hampshire, and in 1990 moved the firm to its
current Ossipee location.
Rick has served on the New Hampshire Bar
Association’s Board of Governors as an officer of
the Carroll County Bar Association. In
addition, Rick volunteers his time as a mediator for
the Superior Court and assists low income
individuals by giving free legal advice through the
Superior Court’s SCOPE and pro bono programs.
Rick lives in Wakefield, New Hampshire with his wife
Lorraine and enjoys actively participating in
his community. He has served as Wakefield School
District Moderator and Chair of the Wakefield Zoning
Board of Adjustment. Rick has also volunteered as a

Committee member, and as president of the Greater
Wakefield Chamber of Commerce, among others.
Currently, Attorney Rick Sager represents a number
of towns and municipal boards. He is licensed to
practice in all New Hampshire State and Federal
Courts. In his spare time (when he can find it),
Rick enjoys “hanging around the homestead,” mowing
fields with his 1986 Kubota tractor, working on his
cars, watching TV (yes, he admits to watching TV),
and enjoying his family and friends over a glass of
ice water, or better yet, an ice cold beer.
